Stephan Peters

Dr Stephan Peters is a knowledgable specialist in food safety and quality at the Netherlands Nutrition Centre (Voedingscentrum). He primarily works on chemical food safety and monitors scientific developments. Stephan Peters is also a member of the board for Food Compass. Food Compass conducts national independent research on residual traces for companies that work according to the hygiene code for uncut fresh vegetables and mushrooms.

Stephan Peters has extensive knowledge in the field of food safety and sustainability. He considers it important for projects to offer added value to the participating companies, but he also values their connection to the consumer.
